Three Rock Books is a small, one-person business that publishes books and maps with a focus on the Irish outdoors. It is owned and run by David Flanagan from his attic in Blackrock, County Dublin. He is the founder, owner and manager of Three Rock Books. In fact, he does pretty much everything, so he’s also the writer, photographer, cartographer, designer, production manager, pr, sales agent, office manager and envelope packer.

In 2010 he was made redundant and decided that the time was right to publish a proper his first book, Bouldering in Ireland.
